A young courtier, Anne Boleyn, has caught his fancy, and the King has decided to banish his wife, Katherine of Aragon, from Court, in favor of his new "love", and as a result, many servants of the King have begun to make their move, seeking advancement at all costs. The Court has become divided, uncertain as to who to support… Katherine, or Anne? As can be expected, religious strife rears its ugly head.
