Not up to trying to think of a power for your character? Feel free to take a look below for a list of some general powers. Please note that powers are not limited to those listed below. Nor must these powers be used as they are listed. These are merely ideas for those who are looking. Mindful, each power has a negative effect, and all have restrictions. As with weather manipulators, they may not create weather, but manipulate it. Some powers exhaust the caster no matter their strength. Ask an admin for any help if you're not sure what kind of restriction or negative effect to give. Feel free to add your own spin onto any of these.
List of Powers - earth manipulation: ability to generate control earth (move rocks or chunks of earth, create earthquakes, etc.)
- fire manipulation: ability to generate and control fire (hurl fireballs, etc.)
- wind manipulation: ability to generate and control the wind (create tornados, push objects, etc.)
- water manipulation: ability to generate and control water (water blast or wall, etc.)
- weather manipulation: ability to control the weather (rain, sunshine, fog, lightning, etc.)
- pheromone manipulation: ability to control pheromones (can alter another’s mood by making them feel aggressive, calm, excited, lustful, etc.)
- light manipulation: ability to generate and control photons of light (photon blast, etc.)
- shadow manipulation: ability to manipulate shadows (hide within shadows, create dark areas, etc.)
- plant manipulation: ability to generate and manipulate plants (vines to wrap around things, grow plants of medicinal value, etc.)
- creature familiar: is bonded to a creature (can communicate, use to fight, and take on traits of creature, etc.)
- sense enhancement: can see, taste, smell, and hear better than others, faster reflexes and greater strength
- immortality: an inability to be killed (usually don't age physically after a certain point)
- power negation: ability to cancel out the powers of those nearby
- power sensing: can sense the powers of others (knows what they can do)
- illusionist: can create illusions for others to see (make another see something not really there)
- psychometry: ability to relate details about the past or future condition of an object or location
- shifting: the ability to shift into an animal or creature (limit to one or two creatures or animals)
- empathy: feels the emotions of another
- healing: can heal themselves and others
- telekinesis: can move objects with their mind
- telepathy: can read minds and speak through their mind
- necromancy: can raise and control the dead
- power mimicry: ability to copy another’s powers
