Set in a semi-realistic – yet very fictional – contemporary Japan, Mysterious is set in an era where crime solving and police life is at its prime. Sherlock Holmes is the emblem for mystery-lovers; whilst James Bond is praised by the rivaling FBI and CIA agencies, who seek to infiltrate and takedown the notorious – yet shadowy – Black Organization, an underground engineering syndicate that has an unidentified boss with unknown intentions, but poses as an international threat. Civilians seek a mundane life while living amongst criminals of various statuses.
Mysterious is based on the Detective Conan series which is homage to Sherlock Holmes. Enter a world where nothing’s as it seems; where mysteries can be found everywhere you turn, and one where you won’t be able to stop theorizing. Where do your loyalties lie in this mystery-torn world?
